About the Topic:

Families with a loved one needing long term care often don’t know where to turn to get the answers they need.  This seminar will emphasize to the attendees the importance of understanding and planning for the long term care timeline.   Upon completion of the course, attendees will understand the long-term care continuum and be able to reassure and guide families on the types of and best practices for paying for long term care; spend-down exceptions for spouses; protecting the family home and other assets; and qualifying for Medicaid.
