Pessin Katz Law, P.A. attorneys Gregory S. Weiner and James R. Benjamin, Jr., will present a seminar is designed to inform property owners about steps they should to take to protect their interests in light of the Court of Appeals decisions in Allen v. Dackman and in Jackson v. The Dackman Company.   The issues to be discussed include the impact of the Allen and Jackson decisions; asset protection, wealth management and estate planning; what property owners and operators should do in order to decrease the likelihood of lawsuits; and what property owners and operators should do in the event they are sued.

The event is April 3, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, located at 1306 Bellona Avenue, Lutherville, MD 21093.
