Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A. (HPK) attorney David A. Burkhouse has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Howard County Bar Association (HCBA). The HCBA was established in 1941, with the mission to promote excellence in the practice of law and the administration of justice through service, education, advocacy, and collegiality for the benefit of the profession and the community.
Mr. Burkhouse concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation, education law, appellate law, and business litigation. He represents both public and private sector clients regarding a wide array of litigation-related issues. Mr. Burkhouse also counsels employers on legal compliance issues including wage/hour policies and employee discrimination issues.
