The Fourth Circuit affirmed a decision issued by the U.S. District Court granting summary judgment in favor of the Board of Education of Howard County and four other individual defendants. The Howard County Board of Education, as well as the individual defendants, were represented by HPK Education Attorneys Edmund O’Meally and Lisa Settles. The case involved a protracted race descrimination and retaliation lawsuit.
