Lauren Ades is a recently elected PK Law Member and part of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group.
She has significant experience in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial financing and real estate. She advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, business formation and business and real estate transactions that range from the relatively simple to highly complex. Ms. Ades also has significant experience in tax planning, tax strategy and tax controversy. She has represented individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and the Maryland Comptroller.
Ms. Ades’ clients include individuals, commercial developers, private investors, lenders, commercial real estate owners and other business owners.
A Baltimore native, she attended McDonogh School, Emory University, Goizueta Business School, where she graduated with Distinction in 2003 and New York Law School where she graduated magna cum laude in 2006. She is a Member of the Board of Directors of The Associated, a Member and past Chair of the IMPACT Board (the young adult division of The Associated) and is a Cabinet Member of the Jewish Federations of North America. She received the Daily Record’s VIP Award in 2013 and “Leading Women” Award in 2015.
Ms. Ades resides in Baltimore City with her husband Jonathan, daughter Ellie and dog Harper.
