PK Law is pleased to announce that Associate Meghan Sibiski has been
selected to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Class of
2022. Ms. Sibiski was selected as one of 24 women in the United States to participate in this
program hosted by the FDCC.
Ladder Down is a year-long program dedicated to leadership empowerment, business
development, and mentoring – each of which is critical for women lawyers to better position
themselves for success.
Ms. Sibiski is an Associate in the firm’s Education, Labor and Employment Group where she
concentrates her practice in general litigation, insurance defense, special education, labor and
employment.
Ms. Sibiski received her J.D., from Widener University School of Law. While there, she received
the Martin Luther King Semester of Service Fellow Award as well as a Certificate of
Achievement in Intensive Legal Analysis.
When asked why she was looking forward to participating in the program, Ms. Sibiski
commented, “I am looking forward to this great opportunity to help develop my career as a
female attorney and to develop the skillset to be able to take on new challenges and goals.”
