Pessin Katz Law (“PK Law”) is pleased to announce that Natalie Magdeburger has been named Best Lawyers’ Baltimore “Lawyer of the Year” for Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants.
Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year,” making this accolade particularly significant. Lawyers being honored as “Lawyer of the Year” are selected based on particularly impressive voting averages received during the peer-review assessments. Receiving this designation reflects the high level of respect a lawyer has earned among other leading lawyers in the same communities and the same practice areas for their abilities, their professionalism, and their integrity.
For over 30 years, Ms. Magdeburger has been an attorney defending actions of wrongful death and serious personal injury claims at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Magdeburger has been engaged in the representation of physicians and hospitals throughout the State of Maryland in the defense of medical negligence and other health care related actions. In addition, Ms. Magdeburger has represented landlords in the defense of personal injury claims relating to alleged lead paint poisoning as well as manufacturers defending product claims including kerosene heaters, snow plows, heavy metals and pesticides. Ms. Magdeburger has also represented retailers in the defense of actions involving allegations of premises liability, negligent security, and false arrest as well as insurers in cases of suspected insurance fraud.
