Pessin Katz Law Member (PK Law) Patricia McHugh Lambert has recently been appointed to the Harmonie Group Board.  The Harmonie Group is a national network of high quality law firms that serve the special needs of the risk industry. The Group believes that both clients and attorneys benefit from a better understanding of the unique circumstances and concerns facing each of them. The members are encouraged to introduce their quality clients to other members, to promote an exchange of ideas between clients and lawyers, and to have frank discussions concerning the lawyer/client relationship.  

PK Law has been an active member of the Harmonie Group for a number of years and has many attorneys who regularly attend and present at Harmonie national and regional conferences, participate on committees, refer clients to the network and generate content. 

Ms. Lambert is a Member with the law firm PK Law in Baltimore, Maryland.  She was the first female Equity Member in the firm and now is one of seven female Equity Members in the firm. Ms. Lambert has years of experience handling complex commercial litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Lambert has worked on national class actions and significant litigation and regulatory matters for Fortune 500 companies. She has also assisted small and mid-sized companies and business executives with contract, real estate and commercial disputes that needed to be resolved quickly and efficiently. Ms. Lambert is best known as an attorney who knows the field of insurance. She has represented insurers, policyholders, and insurance producers in disputes both in court and before the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Ms. Lambert is also actively involved in the community, focusing her efforts on issues involving women, families, and children.  She has served as a mentor to many younger attorneys, and spearheaded the development of a mock trial program for high school students in collaboration with Franklin High School.  She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Women’s Leadership Council, for the United Way of Central Maryland, is a Member of the Tocqueville Society, is a Member of the Executive Alliance and a Board Member of the St. Agnes Foundation.
