PK Law Member Robert Campbell will be presenting on Methods to Combat the Latest Efforts By The Plaintiffs’ Bar To Misuse the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations to Bolster Claim Values at the upcoming Harmonie Transportation and Construction Seminar in Denver. Bob has an active litigation practice primarily in complex commercial and general litigation matters in Maryland state and federal courts as well as other jurisdictions in which he is admitted pro hac vice. Mr. Campbell represents national and regional transportation companies, including the defense of trucking/transportation claims and related insurance issues. In the defense of trucking matters, Mr. Campbell participates in a twenty-four hour response group to provide immediate investigation, risk assessment and evidence capture.
