Members Edmund O’Meally and Rochelle Eisenberg are once again contributing authors to the 2011-2012 School Year Edition of the Maryland School Law Deskbook published by LexisNexis in conjunction with the Maryland Association of Boards of Education. Mr. O’Meally and Ms. Eisenberg are prominent members of PK Law’s well known and respected Education Group.
This marks Mr. O’Meally and Ms. Eisenberg’s sixth year of collaborating on this legal primer for school leaders. Mr. O’Meally is the author of Chapter 6 titled, “Employee Relations and Rights,” and of Chapter 7 titled, “Employee Discipline and Dismissal.” Ms. Eisenberg is the author of Chapter 15 titled, “Education of Students with Disabilities.”
