PK Law Members Patricia McHugh Lambert and Robert Campbell will be presenting at the upcoming Harmonie Conference in Orlando Florida on a topic of growing concern for defense counsel, “Mushrooming Claims: Recognizing When Simple Claims Threaten To Expand Beyond What Is Expected.”
Ms. Lambert is a member of the firm’s General Litigation and Insurance Group and was the first female Equity Member in the PK Law. She has years of experience handling complex commercial litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Lambert has worked on national class actions and significant litigation and regulatory matters for Fortune 500 companies. She has also assisted small and mid-sized companies and business executives with contract, real estate and commercial disputes. Ms. Lambert is best known as an attorney who knows the field of insurance. She has represented insurers, policyholders, and insurance producers in disputes both in court and before the Maryland Insurance Administration.
Mr. Campbell is also a member of the firm’s General Litigation and Insurance Group. Mr. Campbell represents individuals, business entities and local governments in the areas of commercial litigation, business disputes, premises liability, business disputes, transportation/trucking, engineering, healthcare litigation and construction. He represents national and regional transportation companies, including the defense of trucking/transportation claims and related insurance issues. In the defense of trucking matters, Mr. Campbell participates in a twenty-four hour response group through Harmonie to provide immediate investigation, risk assessment and evidence capture.
