Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law) is pleased to welcome Associate Valerie Taylor to the firm. Valerie is an Associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group. Valerie graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Valerie was the Vice President of the Real Estate Law Association, the Secretary of The Federalist Society, and a member of the Women’s Bar Association. Valerie also received honors as the Associate Staff Editor for the University of Baltimore Journal of Land and Development.
After graduating from law school, Valerie clerked for the Honorable Dennis M. Robinson, Jr. at the Baltimore County Circuit Court where she performed extensive legal research and drafted opinions and orders for family, civil, and criminal cases, with a focus on the criminal law docket.
Valerie was also a Foreclosure Review Clerk for Baltimore County Circuit Court Office of Foreclosures where she conducted compliance reviews of residential and commercial property foreclosure files. She also drafted ratification recommendations for Judicial review and approval, conducted extensive legal research and drafted memoranda pertaining to complex foreclosure and property law issues.
