PK Law is pleased to welcome Associate Kevin Foreman to the firm. Kevin is an Associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group.
Kevin focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, estate litigation, and family law. Prior to joining PK Law, Mr. Foreman was a litigation associate practicing general civil litigation in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, mass tort/products liability, commercial liability, and human trafficking. Mr. Foreman also practiced in the areas of long-term care defense, lead paint, involuntary discharges, and collections. In handling matters, he has been responsible for all stages of litigation from inception to resolution.
Mr. Foreman graduated from the University Baltimore School of Law in 2016. While in law school he was a Member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. He was also a Resource Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate he clerked for The Honorable Ronald A. Silkworth of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
