PK Law Member Patricia McHugh Lambert was recently was appointed President of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Baltimore Chapter.
CLM is an organization that is dedicated to meeting the professional development needs of the claims and litigation management industries. The CLM membership benefits from the networking events, continuing education programs and a wide variety of industry resources.

Ms. Lambert has over 35 years of experience in handling complex commercial litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Lambert has worked on significant insurance matters, national insurance litigation and regulatory matters for Fortune 500 companies. She has also assisted small and mid-sized companies and business executives with contract, real estate, liability assessment and commercial disputes that needed to be resolved quickly and efficiently. Ms. Lambert is best known as an attorney who knows the field of insurance. She has represented insurers, policyholders, and insurance producers in disputes both in court and before the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Ms. Lambert is the Firm’s Co-Liaison for Harmonie, a national network of high quality defense law firms that serve the special needs of the risk industry, and was recently appointed to Harmonie’s Board. She is past Board Chair of the Injured Worker’s Insurance Fund and the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund. She is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named to Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law since 2006, named Best Lawyers in America Baltimore Area Lawyer of the Year for Insurance Law in 2012, and Best Lawyers Women of Influence for Insurance Law in 2017. She has been selected for inclusion in Maryland Super Lawyers since 2007 and was a Maryland Super Lawyers Top 50 Women Lawyers in 2012 and 2019.

Ms. Lambert is actively involved in the community with women, family and children issues. She has been named to the Maryland Daily Record Top 100 Women for 2004, 2011 and 2013, resulting in her being named to the Circle of Excellence. She was appointed to the Maryland Commission for Women by Governor Larry Hogan, is Past Board President of Executive Alliance, an organization in Maryland that initiates, supports and engages in activities to promote the advancement of women leaders in professional and executive positions, past Executive Committee and Board Member of United Way of Central Maryland, A Tocqueville Society Member, Past Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council and Past Board Chair of 2-1-1- Maryland, Inc.
