Gaither, 181 Md.App. 25 (2008).  On remand, in a week long jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Tom successfully set aside a will on grounds of undue influence exercised by a fellow church member, causing the testator to execute a will naming her as a personal representative and another church member as a major beneficiary.
