I have been practicing law for 48 years. After serving as a clerk to Judge Alexander Harvey, II in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, I joined the law firm of Smith, Somerville & Case where I litigated all manner of cases for corporate, insurance and individual clients, for almost thirty years. In 1997, I joined Pessin Katz Law, P.A., where I have continued my litigation practice.
