Meghan Sibiski is an Associate in the Firm’s Education, Labor and Employment Group.
Meghan concentrates her practice in general litigation, labor and employment, personal injury, auto liability, premises liability, and insurance defense. She assists with all phases of civil litigation of these matters including fact investigation, pre-trial discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, witness preparation and trial.
Prior to joining PK Law, Meghan was an Associate focusing her practice on healthcare litigation, defending physicians, nurses, facilities and other healthcare practitioners in professional misconduct matters. She performed general civil litigation tasks including reviewing and analyzing medical records, conducting medical research, drafting answers to complaints, legal memoranda, discovery, motions, briefs and other legal documents and had the opportunity to interact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical experts. She also took depositions, handled mediations and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation.
Meghan received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. While there she received the Martin Luther King Semester of Service Fellow Award as well as a Certificate of Achievement for Intensive Legal Analysis.
In 2022 Meghan was a participant in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Program – a year-long program dedicated to leadership, empowerment, business development, and mentoring for women. The program is comprised of monthly large group training sessions, combined with small group accountability sessions, in the areas of leadership, business development, and mentorship.
