Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law) is pleased to announce that Brian M. Cathell has joined the firm as an Associate in the Firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group. Brian has litigation experience with the defense of professional liability claims and the defense of education and construction matters. Prior to moving to civil litigation, Brian was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County where he tried hundreds of cases to verdict, including three First-Degree Murder jury trials.
Brian received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating law school he clerked for the Honorable Mickey J. Norman in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Brian received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in public relations.
