PK Law Attorneys Cheryl Jones and Anna Sholl hosted a booth at the Baltimore Pride Festival on Sunday, July 26th. The Baltimore Pride Celebration is a program of the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Baltimore, a community-based nonprofit organization founded in 1977, whose mission is to provide support, education, outreach and advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) individuals and their allies, through programs, services and resources. The ever popular PK Law rainbow flags were distributed along with informational material about the LGBT friendly firm, its attorneys and its practices. This year PK Law Attorneys promoted its upcoming LGBT Estate Planning Seminar (geared towards LGBT individuals and couples of all ages who are interested in learning more about wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, guardianship designations for children, elder care planning and more . . . Along with a general overview of the essential estate planning tools, speaker PK Law Attorney Cheryl Jones will discuss the unique issues surrounding estate planning for LGBT individuals and couples.)
